Save Time with our Call-Ahead Seating

At anytime day or night, call Riley Street Station and ask to be added to our "Call-Ahead List" for the desired date and time that you would like to be seated for your meal.

After the Riley Street employee adds your name to our "Call-Ahead List", on the day of your scheduled arrival, our host/hostess will add your name to the actual nightly wait list one (1) hour before your arrival.

When you arrive, advise the host/hostess that you "called ahead" and give them your name.  They will then tell you where you are on the wait list for that night and give you an estimated wait time.

When your name reaches the top of the wait list, you will be seated.  However if your name reaches the top of the list before you arrive, we will seat the next party on the wait list, but you will still remain at the top of the list until you arrive.  Under no circumstances will tables be held if your party has not arrived.

Please be aware that 15 minutes passed your requested seating time, your name will be taken off the wait list if no member from your group shows up to alert the host/hostess of your arrival.  If you do show up after that 15 minute grace period, your name will be placed on the bottom of the wait list with the other walk-in customers.

Please Note:  This is not a guaranteed reservation, and there is no guarantee that a table will be ready for you upon your arrival.  This policy only gives you a head start on the wait list for that particular night.

            We apologize in advance for the wait times.  Although we are able to comfortably accomodate many patrons at Riley Street Station, spacial constraints in the kitchen sometimes serve as a bottleneck in our operation.

            Our kitchen staff, although very skilled, are working in a very small kitchen area and as a result they can only prepare so many dishes at a time.  This ultimately can cause a less than desirable wait when the kitchen is faced with a high volume of orders.

            Again, we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause, but we ask that you be patient with us and spend some time enjoying your company as you all partake in the historic Riley Street Station experience.
